The Workshop
Saturday or Sunday, 10 am – 5 pm
- MorningYour Lifescript. Hedley leads you through the questions that find what your heart actually longs for, and you write the script of your Vision Movie.
- AfternoonProduction begins. Your younger self is created from your photos, you choose the soundtrack of your life, and your first scenes come to the screen.
The Vision Movie Clinic
The Friday after, 11 am – 5 pm
- All dayBring the movie you have been working on through the week. One-to-one technical help, direction on scenes that are not right yet, and counsel on the vision itself. You leave with it finished.
The Celebration
That Friday evening, 7 pm
- EveningDress up and come back with your friends and family. Each finished Vision Movie is played to the room. They see your vision unveiled, and they cheer you on.
Everything you need to finish — and someone beside you while you do.
- Your Lifescript. The written script of your vision for your life, your regeneration, or whatever you came to create.
- Your finished Vision Movie, in two formats. 9:16 for your phone and social media, and landscape for a television or a big screen.
- The software is included. Your Vision Movie in the app is part of your ticket. There is nothing more to buy.
- Lots of attention. Technical help whenever you are stuck, from the first photo to the final cut.
- Counsel on your vision. Hedley has been a kinesiologist for forty years. He helps you name what you truly want, not what you think you should want.
- The Celebration. Your movie on a big screen, in front of the people who matter to you.
- The basis for coaching. Your Vision Movie becomes the map for a coaching program afterwards, if you choose it. There is no obligation.

- A$450, including the software. Early bird A$360 when you book more than seven days before the workshop begins.

- A laptop or iPad and its charger, your phone, and three recent photos of yourself.
- Age
- 16 and over. If you are 16 or 17, a parent or guardian agrees with you.
- Venue
- The address, a map and your preparation page arrive as soon as you have booked.

Hedley Cohan
Hedley is an Australian television director with forty years behind the camera, a practising kinesiologist since the early 1980s, and a certified life coach. He launched the Vision Movie in October 2006 and has toured the world helping thousands of people set bold visions for their highest possibility.
Who this is for — and who it is not for.
It is for you if you want to see your future clearly enough to walk into it, and you are ready to say it out loud in front of people who care about you.
It is not therapy, and it is not treatment. Writing a vision for your life can stir things up. If you are in the middle of a crisis, or under care for your mental health, please talk to your practitioner before you book.
Before you book.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can use a web browser you can make a Vision Movie, and there is help in the room whenever you are stuck.
What do I need to bring?
A laptop or iPad with its charger, your phone, and three recent photos of yourself. Your preparation page, which opens as soon as you book, has the full list.
Is the software really included?
Yes. Your ticket includes your Vision Movie in the app and the landscape version. You do not pay again.
Who can I bring to the Celebration?
Friends and family: the people you want to witness your vision. You tell us how many are coming on your preparation page.
What if I cannot make the Clinic or the Celebration?
The three parts are one ticket, and there is no part refund for a part you miss. If you tell us beforehand, you are welcome at the Clinic and Celebration of a later workshop within twelve months, where there is room.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund up to 15 days before the workshop. Inside 15 days your payment becomes a credit toward a later workshop, good for twelve months. At any time, someone else may take your place at no charge. If we cancel or move a date and you cannot come, you get a full refund. None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The detail is in the participant agreement.
Will my movie be shown to other people?
At the Celebration, yes, if you want it to be — that is the point of the evening. We never use your movie in our own publicity unless you separately say yes.
What is the participant agreement?
A plain-language agreement you accept straight after paying. It says the workshop is education and not professional advice, that your decisions are your own, how filming and privacy work on the night, and that you will not copy the method. Read it here before you book.
